Lenovo — Company's negligence towards customer's problems | |
I purchased my Lenovo Ideapad S340 a year ago but suddenly its fan stopped working and my laptop started overheating. I lodged a complaint for this problem a week ago. Since then no action has been taken, i am a student of class 11 and had to take online classes which becomes impossible when laptop starts overheating.
