Lenovo — Dealer misbehave

I purchased lenova k6 note phone from a dealer in India, address is Krishna mobile market jn., Varapuzha puthenpally p.o, ernakulam, kerala, India, after purchasing 3 months phone got complaint, I have service warranty, I go to the dealer for a solution, but he simply avoid me and misbehaved with me, I am very disappointed and it's a personal harassment, so am going to give complaint to the polise, so please find me a solution, am very much irritated.
