2 Months back purchased, a Lenovo Laptop of Inv. No. 1214/23/S-3656 dt. on 10.05.2023. (Cost of laptop is 60, 000/-)
In the laptop, the USB port is not working properly and I raised complaining case ID No. : Case ID [protected] /[protected] and after 3 days of troubleshooting service personnel came and replace the New USB port. Instead of rectification, the system is dead due to motherboard failure.
Without informing to us the 3rd party person silently packed the laptop and told laptop was dead and need to replace a laptop.
As a small part of the USB, we agreed to replace it... as the motherboard is a critical problem. we requested Lenovo to replace the laptop. Mailed 2 times.
After 2 days new motherboard was replaced. And the new complaint is the system re-starting once in 30 minutes. (New complaint ID : [protected]).
As the problems are coming for 2 months old laptop. Please organise to replace my laptop ASAP.
Past 15 days i am with no work and my boss is applying LOPs due to no work.
