Lenovo — Delay in shipment. No refund , No cancellation

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding a delay in the delivery of my Lenovo IdeaPad Pro 5 Gen 9 laptop (Order ID: G[protected]. I was informed about the delay only after placing the order, and I was not notified of any potential delays at the time of purchase. This lack of communication has caused significant inconvenience to me, as I have urgent requirements for this product.

Given the circumstances, I am unable to wait for the extended delivery timeline and therefore request an immediate cancellation of my order along with a full refund. I kindly request that you process the cancellation and refund as soon as possible and notify me once it has been completed.

I am deeply disappointed with the lack of proactive communication from Lenovo and the resulting inconvenience caused. I hope this matter will be resolved promptly.
