I purchased a new Lenovo laptop (Serial No.: PW0HC4PR) on 5 May 2025. Within six months of purchase, the device failed to boot and showed no display. The authorized service center replaced the motherboard, taking 7 days to resolve.
Exactly one and a half months later, the identical issue recurred—failure to boot with no display. The service center again took one week to repair it by replacing the motherboard for the second time.
I have now faced this critical hardware failure twice within six months of purchasing a brand-new laptop. This repeated downtime has caused significant inconvenience and loss of trust in the product's reliability. Despite current functionality, I fear imminent failure again.
As assurance of quality and to restore my confidence, provide one of the following immediately:
3-Year Premium Extended Warranty (from purchase date: 5 May 2025) covering all components with priority service.
OR
