Lenovo — Faulty Device not Properly Quality Tested | |||||
I have purchased Lenovo K6 Power smarthphone on first sale by lenovo on flipkart on 06-Dec-2016 which deliverd to me on 09-Dec-2016. Being bought a new brandnew phone, i tested fingerprint sensor on phone, which is not working and prompting error enrollment not found. Also on using earphone, volume automatically increases/decreases. Sometime phone also restarts from own. Which crossed 10 day purchase return policy. The must go quality test before selling it to customers. I am having issue on it. And it is not fair i will go to Lenovo care and make repair of phone being buy new phone.
