Lenovo — Faulty Laptop and no response from company for replacement

Bought LENOVO SLIM IDEAPAD-3 FROM CROMA JAYANAGAR BANGALORE. The laptop crashed within few days of working. The technician who came told us that there is a fault in the SSD card and the same will be replaced.

We have been waiting for the past 3-4 weeks for the same but in vain.

We need a replacement of Product as we do not trust the company or the product model that was sold to us.

The same complaint has been filed legally and we are waiting for 2 more days post which we will take the matter to the court.
