[Resolved] Lenovo & Flipkart — Defective Piece of lenovo 6000+ | |||
i have purchased Lenovo 6000+ through flipkart which was delivered on 22.06.2015, subsequently it was noted that the mobile was defective. The problem was reported to flipkart and request for replacement was created. Later i receive few calls from customer service and the problem was resolved through smartchk (Don't know exactly what they did, but phone went fine after that). Today again same problem is appearing in my mobile (the display/touch screen is not working properly, if i type 1 letter than 3 letters are typed in screen- its malfunctioning). If repair last for only 20 days. Now after completing 1 month warranty from flipkart again same problem has arised. just want to know why flipkart didn't replace the defective mobile at my first appeal. Are they waiting for the expiry of product warranty? My humble request to flipkart to kindly replace this defective piece or provide me refund. This is highly disappointing that such Big brands are not complying with quality & standards and making problems for end consumers. Please expedite on my request at your earliest & oblige.
