Lenovo — Front Camera is not working properly and phone hanging issue. | |||
Dear Team, I have purchased Lenovo Vibe K5 note on 12th August 2016 and delivered on 16th August 2016 from Flipkart. I am facing issue from receiving item. I have talked to the service center of lenovo for concerned issue. They verified the related issue and solution to update software of mobile. I agree to submit for rectification from service center. After next day they provide me the mobile but issue not resolved. I again inform that the issue still pending but they answer me that you should talk to Flipkart customer care, and provide me written document that I have attached. I have finally communicate related issue to Flipkart customer care but they denied the issue concern and reply me "We cannot handle the issue after 7 days of receiving item". I really disappointed for both team, that the issue still pending and no one taking care of that. I pleased to request that take action for same and provide me resolution.
