Lenovo — Handset hanging | |||||
Purchased Lenovo a7000 from Snapdeal site in the month of Sep2015. Started using the same in Nov 2015. But after some days it started hanging. Searched for service centre and found one. Gave the same. They said complaint with the software. They installed new software. But again started the same problem. When hangs, I have to remove battery and again put the same. Can you pls look into the same and help us in this regard? Location is in Trivandrum(Kerala). Snapdeal has a return policy of 7days only. Was this information helpful? | |||||
