Lenovo — I am complaining about the poor service provided by Lenovo team

I bought a Lenovo laptop in June 2020. Till August 2020 it was working properly. From September it created some problems and on 17th September we filed a complaint at Lenovo toll free number. The service order is[protected]. We were informed that the service engineer will visit our site soon after the spare parts are received. 2 weeks ago we were notified that the spare parts are received. Frequently we contacted the Lenovo technical teams and each time we were informed that the engineer will be visiting the site within two days. But till date no one contacted us or visit our site. I had purchased this laptop for supporting my studies but because of this Lenovo team and their worst service I face much trouble. Kindly take the matter seriously.
