Lenovo — Ideapad 5i

I received a defective laptop on july 28th 6pm. I am trying to return it no proper response from lenovo.. Premium call witing 15 mins and no answer every one connecting to premium call there after no response.

I paid 81000 rupees for that defective laptop. I want refund for it. Kindly help.
