Lenovo India Pvt. Ltd — Did not Honor the warranty period. | |||
Respected Sir, We have purchased one Lenovo Laptop From Great Eastern Appliances at Kasba on July 2014, we have faced one problem in our laptop and lodged one complaint in Lenovo Service center. The complaint no. [protected]. The complaint was lodged in the month of june 2015 within warrenty period. Initially the complaint was some patches in the screen.We have requested them to send some engineer to check the laptop but nobody turned up. We also told them that we can carry the laptop to their authorised service center but that also they do not agree. After requesting 3-4 times they said some parts needed to be replaced but as the parts is not in their stock so they will send the engineer when the parts will be available. In the meantime some other problem arises in the Laptop and the laptop do not work. We also inform them that our laptop is not in working condition, they said that when the engineer will visit he will fix the problem. After 49 days they sent their engineer when the warranty period is over. Now the engineer has replaced one part but can not start the laptop and told that another part needed to be replaced to make the Laptop in working condition. Now the company told that warranty period is over so I have to pay. Sir I have lodged the complaint before one month of warranty expiary. No body came to check the Machine. Tactfuly they had eaten up the warranty period and now they ask me to pay. Now I have noticed that they had given us three years oild mc.
