I had placed an order with above mentioned email id and order no. on the website i.e. www.thedostore.com for Lenovo Yoga 8 Tablet on 25th, Dec, 2013 with an offer of Lenovo Wireless Bleutooth W870 Headset, Lenovo Branded Flip Cover, Lenovo In ear headphone, protection screen guard and Lenovo 2yrs Extended Warranty which is mentioned in their mail Lenovo Mega New Offer sent me on 25th December. But still the status of my order is unknown even after confirming it over the phone also by making call to their NDSL department.
First they were denying the offer of free products to give however it was completely mentioned in their mail and then they asked me to send us back our mail to our mail id and when i sent them back their mail and protested against the same they they got agreed to deliver the product with complete offer within 4-5 days.
And now today again i call them to confirm the status of my order as their is no confirmation and delivery status mail to me so far then again they are making the same excuses that your order is not confirmed in our records and sometimes they dont pick-up calls also.
So, kindly help me in this matter. I will be highly obliged to you.
