Lenovo — Keyboard & touch pad of laptop not working after 4 months of purchase

Dear Sir/Madam,
Please note that the keyboard & touch pad of my Lenovo Laptop ( 81WD00JYIN SPFKB7GZ) are not working since last few days.
I bought it on 20.03.2021
