[Resolved] Lenovo — laptop ideapad 330s | |||
Purchased the lenovo ideapad 330s i3 8 th gen laptop on march 7, 2019 from reliance digital, thrippunithura store. After 6 months.., bezzels of the screen are tampered and the monitor got separated from the body, the hinges are damaged, displaying 2-3 white dots on the screen. Battery drying.. Only work with plugged condition. This laptop was get back to the lenova service centre, kadavanthra, kochi on[protected]. After their inspection, they give the lap on 25-11-19. Battery replaced charging issue resolved. For dot on display, they rejected the case because the machine dont have a adp (Accident damage protection) warranty.
