Lenovo — Laptop is lagging in speed and hanging

I have purchased a new lenovo laptop for my office and in first use it's speed is very slow and it shows a hanging problem. Customer cant able to use it properly. It show a 99% of the disk used with any work. Laptop S/N: PF20Q5HN.
