Lenovo — Lenovo F308 HDD warranty issue

Bought New Lenovo F308 External HDD from snapdeal.com, Just need to confirm Warranty of product but im not getting response from Lenovo support.

I even got reply that "Dear customer,
We don’t have Authority to mention warranty in your invoice so please resolve your issue as your end.
Sorry for inconvenience":

I have been mailing Mr .Gosh from lenovo ([protected]@lenovo.com) from 10 days and still not solution.My question is how come company dont know the warranty of product they are selling.
