Lenovo — Lenovo k3 note touch screen issue | |||||
I have purchased Lenovo K3 note from flipkart in the month of November-2015 and facing touch screen issue after 10-15 days, after that I visited Lenovo Service center Chandigarh (Sant Rameshwari) and they agreed their is touch screen issue and it will take 10 to 15 days to order or change the same and i submitted my phone on 28-Dec-2015. But when I called them on 11-Jan-2016, they said part is not available and they don't know when the part will be available and asked me to call Lenovo Customer care for more information. Then I call lenovo customer care and registered my complaint (complaint no.[protected] they also said touch screen is not available and they also don't know when the part will be available. After that I send mail regarding my complaint to [protected]@lenovo.com, [protected]@lenovo.com But still dont know when will I get my phone Pathetic service from LENOVO In future I will not buy any Lenovo Product Was this information helpful? | |||||
