Lenovo — lenovo k6 note mobile - not charging

I have purchased six months before lenovo k6 note mobile from the chennai mobiles, 97-north street, tirunelveli-627001 tamil nadu. Now this mobile is not charging, though i used proper charger for this mobile only 2% charging after 5 hours. Tirunelveli service centre is not properly attending evasively replying.

I have good faith on the lenovo products, now within six months i never expect such a big problem in this product. Please reply otherwise i want to upload this mobile with my comments in youtube and
