Hello sir, Lenovo k8 note with lot of issues and december 15th they provide security patch update after installing that update mobile restarts continuously. I contacted the customer support they said that they are receiving lot of complaints based on this problem They said this is boot loop problem it will be fixed by replacing board it cost Rs:5800. I said this is happen because of the security patch received from lenovo I bought this mobile on september 2017 after 14 month this mobile become not usable state I need replacement please take action Contact no :[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
