Lenovo — Lenovo legion 5 I am complaining about they neglecting my issues and make me depressed with their service

I recently bought lenovo legion laptop but i am facing some error after 2 months then i call lenovo premium care for help they said u need to reinstall windows 10 then i agree for that.After the installation also i am facing so many issues the major issue is my system has nvidia graphics but it runs in intel integrated graphics i call so many time but my issue was not resolved different technician do different process and they finally make my laptop as lag and now i am calling they didn't respond for my issue either i ask them for please provide technician at my door step because my ussue was not resolved i call lenovo for help for 30 times in one day but my issue was not resolved
and i finally decided that if they do services for my laptop its fine if it not i will file a greviance and file a complaint for my mental torture by you i will file also for financial loss for purchasing laptop from you service was not giving by lenovo please check my imformation regarding the issue my case id : [protected]
