Lenovo — Lenovo Product damaged by Lenovo Service Engineer but not replaced

I had Purchased Lenovo Laptop[protected], I had given service for Hinges Issue at QBIC India, Velachery (Lenovo Authorized Service Centre) on[protected].Service had been done there by Service Engineer, Mr.Veera & he had said that Hinges had been replaced & those will be loose in starting but as soon as using those will be get tight.He instructed to Use for 3-4 months & told that if the Hinges is still loose, please visit QBIC India for resolving.The Problem had not resolved, so, I had Visited QBIC India on[protected] & the same Engineer had checked the System & Instruted to use again for another 3-4 months.Since I had exams in May, I was not able to visit the service centre.I had Enquired in June regarding QBIC India Service Centre to visit but the Service Centre had vacated there at Velachery.So, I had Visited on[protected] Hitech Informatics Pvt Ltd in Anna Nagar which is also Lenovo Authorized Service Centre to fix the Issue of Hinges.I had consulted Mr.Suresh(Service Engineer) & Handovered my laptop in Very Very good condition.I don't know how he handled the Laptop, after he said that Top Case Cover & Bottom Case Cover Screw holders were Damaged while opening the Laptop & also mentioned that it was attached with Gum paste by the Previous Lenovo Authorized Centre.I had given complaint to Lenovo
Authorized Authority(Mr.Rahul Gupta) & explained the Issue damaged by the one of Lenovo Authorized Service Engineer.He asked the Service Engineer to explain the same & asked him to send images of the damaged parts & he told us to wait for 2-3 days as he will discuss the issue with their higher authorities.Later Mr.Rahul Gupta mentioned that "since the service was done 9 months back, they cannot help & they will not hold any responsibility.Later, I asked them to provide the details of both service engineers inorder to mention in the Complaint to Consumer Forum.Although I had asked many many times & awaited almost 2 months also, there is no response from them.I hereby requesting to do me justice for the damage done by one of the Lenovo Service Engineer by replacing the damaged parts.
