Dear sir/ madam, Ticket number: BTC32841 MACHINE NUMBER: YB07118359 Regarding my lenovo promo offer. I have purchased Lenovo lenovo G50-70 on June 17th from Reliance Digital, Orion Mall, Bangalore. I registered for 1TB harddisk (for 499 rupee). on June 18th. later On June 23rd, I had phone call from the lenovopromo team and asked to send the invoice copy again. immediately after their call. i have sent the invoice copy. after that i have not got any response from the concern team. when i enquired about the status of my ticket. I got a mail saying that I had registered after the valid period of date. How this would be?. on my side i gave everything on time and proper. then how it is possible i am not eligiable for this offer.
