Lenovo — Lenovo s8-50f tablet issue and service center is highly unsatisfying. | |||||
I purchased a lenovo s8-50f on 10th of august, 2016. It came with 4.4.2 version running on it out of the box. I noticed an issue with it that the wifi is not working. By not working i mean that i could not even turn on the wifi adapter to see wifi networks. I tried resetting the device on my own but did not work. Later i called up customer care and they directed me to upgrade the firmware after installing lenovo assistant software. I made several attempts as per instructions from customer care executive to update firmware but it failed everytime i tried. As a last resort, i too this tablet to the nearby lenovo customer care center and submitted it there on 20th of aug, 2016 for fixing this issue. It has been 9 days since then and they are unable to fix it. Keeps saying "its a different method that we have to use to fix and upgrade this tablet". I just want to know is it really feasible to take 9 days of time to fix and upgrade one tablet? All they have to do it is upgrade it to 5.0.1 version which is now available. I brought lenovo k5 note plus recentply on flipkart on line service.ts working not sufficent to me. its every time structed minimum three hours. iam facing not reachable service on my mobile number. so plz urgently solve my problem.
