Lenovo — Lenovo service center has broken my working laptop and asked me to raise onsite support request for solution

My laptop was in working condition. the only problem was crack in one side. I thought of hardware repaired as my laptop was in premium warranty. I submitted my laptop on 16th Oct 2024 at Sunrise mall vastrapur Ahmedabad(380015). there was no issue in laptop charging/motherboard and it was in working condition. I was able to do my day to day work.

After the first service, they had said they replaced the motherboard, keyboard and other body parts which probably was freezing the entire system. Now they are not able to turn on the laptop, even charging is not working. I've never seen a service where a repair has taken place with so much lack of surety. I gave my laptop in October. It's been a moth and they told me that they were inspecting each and every part of the device and so they can't tell me the expected time it could take to repair it completely. I believe they didn't diagnose and solve the problem. they are telling me that there are quite a lot of things that seem to have been broken in the laptop like motherboard, outer body etc which I never had a problem with earlier. In a period of one month there can not be so many things that can go wrong with a laptop and laptop reached in non working condition. Lenovo being such a big and reputed company, I didn't expect this level of customer service. Even after contacting with customer care over phone multiple times my case hasn't been resolved yet and always been pushed. During this entire time my productivity has been hampered. I had to manage my work on a really old laptop. With the laptop I've given for service I've lost a lot of my unsaved work, tests, calls etc. The people working at your service center are now telling me that Please close this ticket and raise a request for onsite support. a person come to your home and solve the problems. If service center destroyed my working laptop then how a single technician will resolve the same.

Please look into this matter at the earliest. I do expect a service or a replacement for my laptop. I do believe that service center people has done something wrong with my working laptop. I hope you'll resolve this matter and inform me about the same. I have trust in Lenovo.
