Lenovo — lenovo vibe k5 note problem arising continuously

I bought this mobile in flipkart on 3/10/2016. Before completion of one year i faced so many problems like ringer, speaker, display, earplug. Replaced the ringer 2 times, repaced the speaker once, display once. Now music not hearing properly while plug the earphone. I am fedup with mobile. Please provide me new mobile for me. For details of purchasing the mobile i attached the scan copy.
