Lenovo — Mobile charger is not working

On 6 May 2016, 05:02 PM, i ordered for one mobile (Lenovo K3 Note 16GB - 6 Months Brand warranty) @ Rs.8, 500. order was delivered on 13th may, 2016.

but when i unpacked the box found the charger is not working.
Also there is no ear piece and screen guard as it is written on the box.

please suggest me what shuold i do get my charger replaced.

my Order no was 91244056 .

plz change it as soon as possible.

I have full trust on this brand, but I have lost this because I have found my USB cable damaged.Lenovo is such a huge name how is it possible.mobile charging got unable and I have to purchase a new one but now the charging is so slow through it.my model no. Is Lenovo vibe S1 purchased on amazon.
