Lenovo Mobile — Complaint for service center

I submitted my lenovo vibe k5 note on december in margao (Goa) lenovo service centre. It has been 1 months i have still not received my phone. Every week i used to call them and they keep on saving 4-5 days more sir.
7 days before i mailed to lenovo regarding this the same was there response.
I would like you to take some strict action towards them so that i can receive my phone.
I will be very thankful to you.

Mimatch warranty date of pc serial no PF0N1QF9 .i bought it in 30/12/2016.on lenovo official site, they entailed as 29/12/2016.very unresponsive custumer care.no phone call & no feedback.
