Lenovo Mobile — Faulty Products and The Worst Service centers | |
I have Purchased lenovo mobile K3 note from Flipkart and after 45 days, phone started misbehaving in terms of Disply and i Had submitted My Device to Pune, Bund Garden Service Center. Now its Three weeks they are not returning my device and not picking any Phone Calls.

very Fake service and Very Very Poor Service Centers, never buy any product from Lenovo.

I am facing exactly the same issue. After 40 days of buying Lenovo K3 Note from Flipkart, my phone started having problem in touchscreen and I gave to Service center in Chennai. Now its about a month and they are not returning neither they are repairing it. Even they are not picking up the call. I have mailed to customer care but I didn't get any reply from them. I am calling Lenovo Customer care @[protected] and the number is not in use. I am frustrated now.
