[Resolved]  Lenovo Mobiles — k8 note freezes and auto restarts

I had bought lenovo k8 note for 8000 rs. A year and half ago. Now it is freezing and auto restarts. I went to their service centre and they told me that it is a hardware issue and the repair cost will be 14000/- rs.

I showed it to various mobile repairers and they confirmed about the motherboard issue. I have read many comments by customers facing the same problem. It seems lenovo has either not launched this phone with sufficient quality checks, or it is a deliberate ploy to push sub-standard products and earn by way of repair charges.

Kindly facilitate to get my mobile repaired free of cost, or provide a replacement.
