I've contacted the company many times.
Firstly they were just neglecting me.
Yesterday i got a email from the support website.
stating, "In your mail you have requested for the replacement/Refund of the phone. Unfortunately we are unable to proceed further with the replacement/refund as it does not fulfil the criteria."
My phone is in warranty.
And my phone happened to blast AT THE SERVICE CENTER.
I want Refund OR Replacement.
