Subject: Non-activation of Windows and inaccessible MS Office on New Lenovo Laptop – Request for Immediate Assistance

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my grievance regarding the following issues with my newly purchased Lenovo laptop and seek urgent resolution:

Product Details:

Windows Error Code: 0x80072EE7

Issues Faced:
Laptop Hanging Issue:
After purchasing the laptop, I faced repeated hanging issues. Upon reporting, Lenovo's technical team reinstalled Windows 11. Post reinstallation, the hanging issue seems resolved.

MS Office Inaccessible:
The laptop came with pre-installed Microsoft Office. However, after reinstallation, the Office apps are visible (e.g., Outlook, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft Family, etc.), but I am unable to activate or access their full functionality. Lenovo support has redirected me to Microsoft for this issue.

Windows Activation Failure:
The system displays an error:
“We cannot activate Windows on this device.” Error code: 0x80072EE7
Troubleshooting shows that the system has a digital license for Windows 11 Home Single Language, but activation is not completing. Lenovo technicians have not provided a Windows product key and advise me to contact Microsoft directly.

Relief Sought:
Immediate assistance in activating Windows 11 using the valid digital license.

Enable and activate Microsoft Office as per pre-installed rights provided with the system.

Provide official product keys (if applicable) or resolve licensing mismatch.

Provide written clarification on OEM responsibility regarding Windows and Office activation post-service.
