Lenovo — Non-functioning of key board

I purchased a Lenovo PC in March 2013. The CPU Sr.No.is ES11175958. Recently on my request the on/off button was changed as the same was not functioning properly. I now request you to kindly change the entire key board set as many keys of it are not functioning properly causng lot of inconveniance. Thanking you.
