[Resolved] Lenovo — Not proper response regarding the laptop 3000 n100 battery issue | |||
dear sir, i purchased the lenovo 3000 n 100 battery from snapdeal on 30 july, 2015, but this battery is not charging properly and there is no backup. I contacted snapdeal customer care as well as lenovo help centre. but both these did not provide and information till date. ther authorised centre, nyyar pathankot replied that they did not deal with lenovo laptops and other service centre are out of reach. the battery is in warranty period so i want to replace the same, but neither the snapdeal nor the service centre guded me properly. sir i request to you that please look the matter carefully and do the justice...thanks nutan shrama pathankot, [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
