Purchased legion 5i pro gen 7 on 22 sept and due to some issue raised complaint on 25th sept. Lenovo took almost 14 days to acknowledge that and sent an executive to seal the machine on 8th oct.
They again delayed and issued me the DOA certificate after 7 days (on 15th Oct) after I followed up multiple times.
An executive from lenovo - Asif mentioned on 17th Oct that they have processed the return pickup and the same will be done in 4-5 days but till date no one has reached me or contacted me regarding reverse pickup
5 working days already been passed. And no one is replying to my emails now from lenovo team.
Lenovo is blocking my refund for their own profit by not initiating the return pickup, they did not share any tracking number for return pickup which clearly signifies they haven't initiated any reverse pickup yet.
Its been already 15 days now since when my laptop got sealed and is affecting my work. I also do not have any other laptop and even can't buy another one due to Lenovo holding my refund.
