This is to bring to your notice the pathetic service that you guys at Lenovo provide. I had launched a complaint regarding my Laptop on 13/06/2022. which is under warranty. It's been 8 days but still I have not received any intimation on my repair status. For the last 8 days I have not been able to do any of my office work. I am helpless as I cannot afford to immediately buy another laptop which may cost around 50k-60k. Lenovo isn't providing me with any alternative system or reimburse the amount if I rent a laptop. So in this case the customer is at complete loss. I bought this laptop in 2020 and till date I have taken it at least 6 times for the same camera issue. I think while I purchased the product a default piece was given to me that's why so many problems have occurred in just two years. On top of everything, whenever the system was not working and I had to take a leave, Lenovo did not reimburse anything. It all went from my pocket. But this time they have crossed the limit. It's the 9th day and still I am juggling to get a solution.
This is the worst company/Service I have ever seen. PFA the proof for the above mentioned.
