Lenovo — Pathetic service centre

I am really fed up with your product as the mobile again got damaged as the net work signal is not working now. i never expected such a pathetic performance by Lenovo mobile and regret now for purchasing such a mobile. on the day of 10th sep 2015, i made a call at around 20:30 to my friend and kept on my table. that was my last call for the day and i slept off. when i got up on the next day and i tried to make a call it was found that the network is unavailable.i thought it may be service provided issue and waited for sometimes. but unfortunately the problem exist still. then i checked all my way and later took mobile to Vodafone center. the expert advised me that the issue is with my mobile but not with the network. i had no other option as i have to make many call and no other mobile with me to use. finally i had to depend your 'AUTHORIZED' service center though i am not at all interested to visit there. upon checking they advised me that the mobile 1 year warranty has got expired on 9th sep 2015 whereas my mobile went out of network on 10th sep. now i strongly suspect that either the complaint was well planned during my last service or you have not used the original mother board during last service. though i do not want to service my mobile from your service center, i had no other option because aforementioned part will be available only from you service center. M/S ICON technologies, the service center representative have had no time to talk neither to me nor to any other customers who coming there. the person also told me that it takes a month time to get it repair as this is out of warranty. he also told that he has nearly 1000 mobile to be repaired and all will be done according to the sequential wise. my question here is:- is this your so called AUTHORIZED service center...? it is understood that the said service center is having contract with more than 5 different mobile companies. also to note that there are only two technically qualified (hope so) to attend all these brand customers. can any person wait for a long one month time to get it repaired. not all person can afford to have 2 mobile at a time. is this the quality of the representative that very very unprofessional approach to all customers. the moment i said that the mobile is not working, the reply was "your all data will be lost and takes time to repair.take out your memory card and we will call you once repaired". we as a layman does not know what happened to my mobile and i believe we have all rights to know about the complaint. once the warranty is expired then do you just kick out your customer..? because the service center told me that they give important to warranty customers and if time will do for non warranty customers. now i need a favorable replay from your side also an action about my mobile. also wanted to know how did it happened immediately the day after warranty period. there is no structural damage as you used to say(customer indulged damage.) i will wait for your replay, and delaying the process will led in to publicity in social media and legal consequences as i am really fed up with the SERVICE part from the great LENOVO. regards Shahin C +91 [protected]
