Lenovo — Peace of Mind Offer Fake

I have purchased Lenovo Flex 2 Laptop on[protected]. And the Lenovo Customer care told me that there is an offer going on "Lenovo Peace of Mind Offer". 1. Extended Warranty of 2 years 2. Get Smartphone Model - Rockstar, for Rs 999/- I have made the payment for Smartphone also registered for the Extended Warranty. Lenovo Promised me that the warranty details will be reaching my address in 1 week. Also the Smartphone will be dispatched in 3 days after making the payment. Now I waited for 2 weeks, when I contacted customer care they are saying the items are not yet Dispatched due to some technical issue from their side, and they do not know when will it be shipped. This is clear case of Cheating the Customer, they have taken the additional amount also from me.

I'm also facing the same issue. I'm from Bangalore and I'd already paid the amount for the smartphone on the 30th of Jan., i.e. last month, through 'atom tech'. The concerned department at Lenovo has also confirmed my payment and my address and told me they'll be shipping the item within 10days. I've been waiting for more than 2 weeks, I didn't get the smartphone nor they care to reply to my mails. Never expected their service will be the worst ever. If by tomorrow they didn't pick up my call and resolve the issue I'll be posting my ticket number here.

This has happened with me too. They have taken the extra payment from me too and its almost 2 months now I have not received the phone neither the airtel dongle which were part of the redemption offer. I had bought this Laptop from the Lenovo exclusive store who are nothing more than cheats, they don't even entertain these issues and just say that the laptop is sold now and for anything I have to conact customer care. There business is only to sell laptops and not entertain issues.

Guys I am stuck with my money now so I would like to tell everyone please don't fall in this trap as I feel that this is 100% fake.
