my Flipkart Order Number is OD[protected] Phone: Lenovo A6000 phone is getting very heat during charging and battery draining very fast even after full charging. full charging taking 4-5 hrs, charging is made by charger provided by flipkart at the time of phone delivery in the month of March 2015 please sort out the issue and either provide replacement Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support May 06, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer on "[protected]" and got to know that he is facing issue with his handset. He complains saying that the device does not get charged completely even after 4 hrs and the battery gets drained out soon. So informed customer to visit the nearest ASC as it is post replacement period. Customer agreed, So closing the case.
