Lenovo — Phone not repair at service centre

Sir i purchased lenovo a7000 from flipcart on 12 june approx it is warranty peroid and mobile have a touch problem as it is in warranty period but it is not serviced by service centre...what is my fault please help me to replace my mobile or refund my money...call me on [protected]
