Lenovo — Problems with the A6000 mobile from date of purchasing IMEI[protected] | |||
Hi I have purchased Lenovo A 6000 mobile IMEI[protected] on April 03th 2015 from Flipkart. From day 1 onwards i am facing the issues and flipkart has given troubleshooting after that it was some what better after one and half month again i am facing issues. 1. Battery Draining very fast 2. Heating issue which is almost 40+ degrees 3. not able do multitasking. 4. Network Drops 5. Music folder not synchronizing. 6. Some other issues So on 19th june 2015 i have submitted mobile at PC Support pune after 10 days they returned mobile by replacing the battery but after that also i am facing issues. Work Order no:AQP/LO/15/00409(19th june 2015) Again 4th july2015 with in a week i have resubmitting mobile stateing that issue was not solved. so this time they said that are going to replace the motherboard. 15th july 2015 i took the mobile this time extra issues has adding i.e Network not identifing so not able to do calls too. Even i have cantacted lenovo CC, maharastra cheif ASISH PATEL number of times he is also not responding properly simply saying service center will look that. Again i submitted the mobile they created Work Order no: AQP/LO/15/00658 This time they replaced the Mother board but the issues are not solved at all. So have Escalated to Sudipto Ghosh (India Services Executive Director) at [protected]@lenovo.com and Surjith([protected]@lenovo.com) but no change.
