Lenovo — Product quality is not good

I purchased a laptop ideapad s 145 on nov 2020 I never saw this type product worst quality. System lacking and WiFi connecting issue and keypad is not working recently they changed the new keypad on 12aug 2021 and now again keypad is not working

Updated by Hasan ibrahim And trying to contact customer care always showing engaged tone finally connect with customer care raised requests on 30 sept 2021for change the keypad but technician is not responding yet….
