Lenovo — Refund of my order has not been issued yet

am raising a complaint regarding a refund that is still pending. I ordered a product from Lenovo and returned it within the allowed time due to unavoidable circumstances. However, I have not received the refund yet.

I have spoken to 5–6 customer care representatives, but I was repeatedly redirected between the sales and technical teams without any resolution. I have also been on an email thread with your team for months, but there has been no response or update regarding the refund.le are not taking any action.
