Lenovo — Regarding my mobile was dead in 16 days purchased from amazon...Pls help | |||
Dear sir/mam, , , My self Ajay Kumar I was purchased a mobile phone LENOVO-VIBE K-5 from online store (AMAZON.IN) Delivery DATED-18-july-'2016.My problem is the mobile was dead in 16-Days from purchased date ..After that i was submitted my mobile in your authorised service centre (TECHNOCARE SOLUTIONS PVT LTD.) AT DELHI .ON 08-AUG-2016 They said your mobile will be Repaired in 10 working days But still I don't have any communications from service centre i was visited so many times after commited date but there is no solution provided Please Help me out ASAP ..Or i will go to the consumer court against Lenovo company .
