Lenovo — regarding power bank

Sir i purchased a Lenovo Power Bank PB410 5000mAh Silver[protected] from Snapdeal under order no Order #[protected] on 20 th April . After a week it started creating problem . and not responding . i have talked to customer care nut there is no service centre in amritsar . and i have also communicated to service centre in ludhiana . they are not reverting exactly and ignoring the things . kindly solve the problem soon
