First of all it refused to start.I visited the showroom from where i bought the laptop and was redirected to your service center. I have spent the last 2 days over there trying to fix this problem. After several attempts finally your service team tells me its a Motherboard problem and they need to replace it. Now i have spent a ton of money for a new system. I am not the least bit interested in replacing any parts if your laptop gives me such problems within a week of buying it. I just want the entire laptop to be replaced!. I repeat I WANT A REPLACEMENT OF THE ENTIRE SYSTEM. Plain and Simple. I have Paid good money for one of your High End products and i expect Good Service From Your End. Now about 1 days from the laptop being bought i am experiencing serious problems with it. First of all it refused to start.I visited the showroom from where i bought the laptop and was redirected to your service center. I have spent the last 2 days over there trying to fix this problem. After several attempts finally your service team tells me its a Motherboard problem and they need to replace it. Now i have spent a ton of money for a new system. I am not the least bit interested in replacing any parts if your laptop gives me such problems within a week of buying it. I just want the entire laptop to be replaced!. I repeat I WANT A REPLACEMENT OF THE ENTIRE SYSTEM. Plain and Simple. I have Paid good money for one of your High End products and i expect Good Service From Your End.
