Lenovo — Request for evaluation report service center not cooperating (Vastrapur, Ahmedabad)

Dear Lenovo Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

We recently visited your authorized service center in Vastrapur, Ahmedabad to get our device evaluated. However, we are facing an issue as the service center is refusing to provide us with the required evaluation report, despite our repeated requests.

The report is important for our records and further action regarding the device, and we were informed earlier that such reports should be made available upon request. Unfortunately, the staff at the Vastrapur center has been uncooperative and has not provided any valid reason for the denial.

We request your urgent intervention in this matter and kindly ask you to instruct the Vastrapur service center to issue the evaluation report at the earliest.
