I have purchased a Lenovo laptop at Jamshedpur from Narayani International, 99 thakurbari road, aambagan, sakkchi, Jamshedpur 831001 on 6th Dec.2020.
Yesterday while operating the system there was an error showing disk drive error.I have shut down my system and went to the shop from where I had purchased it.Their technical team checked my system and said that your hard disc is scratched, so you call the toll free number --[protected].I have tried but do not succeed to say my problem.
Please register a complain regarding this.My laptop is in warranty period, so send your technician to me .
