Lenovo — Service center complaint | |||||
- First one, My phone Lenovo K3 Note was submitted on 5th Sept for repairing. At the time of submission they didn't provide me the back cover, today when I was receiving the product, there was no back cover and when I asked for it, they told me that they don't take it and they started blaming me. i asked then to check CCTV camera, they refused for it. When I warned them to complaint, they said, 'do whatever you want to do'. - Second One, my another phone, Lenovo Vibe k5 Note' charger is not working. When I asked them to replace it, they told me that your phone will be formatted. I was surprised, I don't know what is the synchronization between phone software and charger. Please take action asap.
